Scan and enrich a contact

Turn a physical namecard into a useful CRM profile without typing every field.

Step 1: Scan the namecard

1. Open a new contact and click Scan Card.
2. Upload a clear photo of the namecard. You can scan up to six cards at once.
3. Review the extracted name, company, email, phone, and title.
4. Click Create Contact.

Step 2: Enrich the saved contact

1. Open Contacts.
2. Select the contact you saved.
3. Click Enrich Profile.
4. Review the new information before keeping it.
