SKU Management
SKU Management lets you maintain a master catalog of products and services with defined pricing and discount limits, applied across your deals.
How it works
SKUs are managed inside Price Control, which must be enabled from Settings before use. Once created, SKUs can be linked to deals to apply standardized pricing and discount rules.
Step 1: Enable Price Control
Go to Settings
Enable Price Control
Click Configure Price Control
Step 2: Open the SKUs tab
In Price Control Management, select the SKUs tab
Click + Add SKU
Step 3: Fill in the SKU details
SKU Code — unique identifier (e.g., PROD-001)
Name — product or service name
Description — detailed description of the product
Category — product category (e.g., Software, Hardware)
Tags — optional tags for organization
Base Price — the standard price for this SKU
Min Discount % and Max Discount % — the allowed discount range
Additional Currency Prices — set prices in other currencies (optional)
Discount Tier Assignment — select which discount tiers apply to this SKU
Status — set to Active to make the SKU available
Step 4: Create and link
Click Create SKU to save
The SKU can now be linked to any deal in your CRM
SKUs can be filtered by Active, Inactive, or All in the master list
If no discount tier is assigned to a SKU, all organization-wide tiers apply by default
