FX Support & Rates Settings
Exchange Rates lets you set and maintain currency conversion rates used by price-controlled deals across your organization.
How it works
Rates are managed from Price Control Management and are based on conversion from US Dollar (USD). Once a currency is added, you can set and edit its exchange rate at any time.
Step 1: Open Exchange Rates
Go to Settings
Enable Price Control and click Configure Price Control
Select the Exchange Rates tab
Step 2: Add a currency
You can add currencies in two ways:
Quick Add - click any currency from the common currencies list: GBP, EUR, JPY, CNY, INR, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD
Custom - enter any 3-letter currency code (ISO 4217 format) and click + Add Custom
Step 3: Set the exchange rate
Locate the currency in the list
Click Edit to enter or update the exchange rate
Exchange rate settings.mp4
All rates are set relative to USD (e.g., 1 USD = 0.86 EUR)
Exchange rates can be updated at any time — the Last Updated column shows when each rate was last changed
