Quick Resource View

The Quick Resource View feature lets you pin a resource (file or link) to the side of your screen, so you can keep referencing it while navigating through Customers, Deals, Tasks, or any other feature in Alano.

How to use it

1. Open Resources and select the resource you want to keep handy

2. Open the resource, then look to the right-side panel

3. Click Open in side panel

4. Your resource will stay visible in the sidebar while you continue working elsewhere

Why it’s useful

• Reference a pitch deck while updating a deal stage

• Keep onboarding docs open while assigning tasks to your team

• View a product spec / contract without switching tabs

• Open a link resource (Google Docs, Notion, Loom, etc.) and keep it on-screen
