# AI Enrichment For Custom Objects

Alano’s AI helps you quickly generate smart fields for your custom objects based on the object’s context, saving time when building or expanding your data structure.

## How it works

Open Settings

Go to Custom Objects

Select the custom object you want to enhance

Scroll to the bottom of the object editor

Under Custom Fields, select Generate Smart Fields with AI

Review the suggested fields generated by AI

Edit, remove, or keep the fields as needed

Save your changes

AI enrichment for object build.mp4

The AI suggests relevant field types and structures based on the object’s name and configuration, which you can fully customize before using.

Tip:
AI-generated fields are meant as a starting point. You always stay in control and can modify field names, types, and layouts before publishing the object.
